As the resident Canuck and co-owner of Mantra, Jeannie fell in love with Lagree Fitness after trying her very first Mantra workout. Immediately feeling the results, she was addicted and knew she wanted to bring this one-of-a-kind workout to Tampa. She is a Certified Lagree Fitness instructor with an extensive background in Pilates. For the past 15 years she has been helping her clients reach their fitness goals. A former ballet dancer and gymnast, Jeannie is all about form, intensity, dedication and helping her clients achieve outstanding results. Did we mention she likes to count (1… 2… 3… 4)! Eh…?
 
Alison had always struggled to find a workout that kept her motivated…until she met the Megaformer. It was love at first shake. As a client turned instructor, she takes great care in crafting unique, high-intensity routines with fast-flowing transitions (gotta keep that heart rate up!) that allow her clients to tailor moves to their ability so they can reach their full potential. She believes in listening to your body, but always challenging yourself in each and every class. Alison loves taking Lagree classes while traveling to pick up inspiration for her classes at Mantra!
You may laugh in her class, but don't let her fool you, you'll be sure to feel your workout the next day. Alexandra is a Lagree Fitness Certified instructor, with a B.S. in Exercise Science, so she knows how to get a little nerdy sometimes. Growing up playing team sports sparked her love for fitness early in life. As she continued to pursue her passion in college and in life, she stumbled upon the Lagree method here at Mantra and knew she wanted to learn more. A Tampa Bay native, Alexandra enjoys being outside, traveling, and breaking a sweat. Because you can do anything for 30 seconds, right?!
Keri is a certified Lagree Fitness Instructor with over 20 years of experience in fitness instruction. She holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from UNL, and holds certifications in both STOTT Pilates, and TRX. From athletes to occupational therapy patients, Keri has trained them all. Her extensive background in fitness and form make her an excellent choice for anyone! She will educate, motivate and inspire you to be your very best while working out on the megaformer. She is the proud mother of 2 beautiful teenagers, enjoys traveling, helping others and exploring the outdoors. When she is not teaching a Mantra you just might see her zooming around on a jet ski, paddle boarding, biking, running, and enjoying all that Tampa Bay has to offer.
Don’t be fooled by her tiny frame, this tid bit is fierce and a force to be reckoned with! Lindsey is a Lagree Fitness Certified Instructor and Spin Instructor. Through Lindsey’s bottomless supply of energy, bumping music, and passion for taking clients to their own next level of fitness, she will have you laughing through a kick a** workout that will leave you sweaty and sore. She makes a point of getting to know her clients and ensuring each client is offered the opportunity to move outside of their comfort zone. Let Go and Let Lindsey!
Whether it is rocking the runway or the Megaformer, Melissa knows how to make a statement. Her passion for fitness, health and wellness was ignited at 14 years old when her bodybuilding father finally allowed her to join him on the weight room floor. By 16 years old, she had her first job at a gym. Melissa is a Lagree Certified Instructor who began her Lagree career at Pilates Platinum, in Santa Monica, California. She believes in providing fitness regimes that will maximize and compliment ones cardiovascular endurance, strength, flexibility and mental state. While she may be a fierce model, Melissa is known for her motivating and soothing voice on the fitness floor.
Dontcha know… as a former real estate agent and Lagree Certified Instructor, Allie hails all the way from Minnesota. Once Allie made the move to Florida, she was finally able to pursue her love of fitness and became a Certified Barre intensity instructor. Usually, Allie is all smiles and butterflies… that is until she gets you on the Megaformer. Her passion and enthusiasm for fitness is transparent through her intense workout routines. Youbetcha … if you are looking to feel your workout the next day, you shouldn’t miss one of Allie’s classes.
Founder - Always in search of the ultimate workout she found Lagree Fitness while living in Southern California. “I was totally addicted after my first workout!” She opened the first Mantra in Sarasota in 2012 and added the second location in South Tampa in 2015 along with with co-owner Jeannie.  Kathy is a Lagree Certified Fitness Instructor and has trained extensively with the founder of Lagree Fitness, Sebastien Lagree, at the original Lagree studio in West Hollywood. She gives a challenging workout with special emphasis on form. "I want my clients to get the best possible workout in the shortest amount of time." After moving back to Sarasota from Southern California, she was eager to share her love for the most innovative form of fitness. "I was addicted to the workout after my first class and what was even more impressive was the changes it made to my body and my athletic abilities. It was the first time I found a single class that could be so effective and yet so fun.
